EJS Partners, as they were previously known, commenced operations in 2002 as a small, boutique executive search firm for the insurance industry.

The ejsSearch team had grown significantly since formation, however the brand and marketing approach did not keep pace and the business was not widely recognised in the insurance market.

With plans to expand significantly internationally and in London, ejsSearch needed a refreshed brand and a more strategic marketing approach to support their business development.

ejsSearch appointed Effective Image as their marketing partner and over a 5 year period we re-branded the firm, upgraded their presentations, produced a new brochures, ran events and raised their profile through extensive media coverage and high-impact advertising.

ejsSearch, now recognised as the market leader, continues to go from strength to strength.
