Since 1987, UIB has grown from a small independent broker to a significant player, worldwide. However, many people still perceived them as a small, middle-eastern broker, which was costing them business and making it difficult to hire top talent.
Effective Image was employed to assess UIB’s approach to marketing and their profile with a brand review. We then developed key messages, used across all marketing, to correct misconceptions and then we initiated a sustained and successful media campaign to promote the group and key business areas, worldwide.
Today, the market’s perception of UIB is far more accurate and positive and UIB is now becoming well known world-wide as a global business that competes head-on – and wins – against the major brokers.
